Plan Indonesia seeks to develop a web-based system leveraging Azure’s robust cloud services. This system will streamline letter management, enhance data analytics, and provide a secure and scalable solution tailored to the program's needs.

The objective of this consultancy is to collect data for an endline study of the YHP in Indonesia. The endline data from this study and the recommendations will inform the outcome targets and strategies of the YHP in Indonesia at the end of implementation. The data will be compared with the baseline and midline data collected at the earlier in the YHP to assess whether the YHP indicators are achieved.

Plan Indonesia is looking for a Baseline Research and Value Chain Assessment Consultant for the Greenskills project. The project's Objective is to Empower young people, particularly young women, in Manggarai District by integrating Climate-Savvy Agriculture (CSA) practices to improve income-generating opportunities through a green economy and the application of gender-sensitive Green Skills. The intended outcomes: Outcome 1: Rural youth, especially young women, have increased capacities to apply green skills for economic empowerment Output 1.2: 40 champions, particularly young women (60%), have improved knowledge and skills to apply gender-sensitive and advanced Green Skills. Purpose of the Baseline The primary purpose of this study is to gather first-hand information to define the baseline (including GESI aspects) and accurately track the impact of the YPII intervention through Green Skill’s project. The purpose of this baseline is: a. To identify the current situation of the Green Skill project outcome that YPII is implementing in Manggarai District in East Nusa Tenggara province b. To carry out value chain and market assessment c. To carry out a GESI analysis based on the scope and project context to examine the perception of women and men regarding gender equality, the differences between the roles and responsibilities, the power dynamics they hold, differences in needs, strategic interests, barriers/constraints, opportunities and the impact of these differences on the lives of women. The assessment findings and recommendations are expected to refine and adapt project interventions to effectively respond to the realities and needs of potential young women beneficiaries participating in the project.

Plan Indonesia are inviting interested parties to submit a bid as part of a competitive process for Construction of tapping wells and network expansion in Pisan village, East Amanuban District at Plan Soe. Successful Bidder(s) will be expected to enter into a formal contract on an exclusive basis with our organization. Plan Indonesia reserves the right not to award a contract as a result of this Invitation to Tender, or to award to multiple successful Bidders.
