COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Response Final Report

The COVID-19 outbreak has occurred globally, including in all regions of Indonesia. Children, especially young women and girls, have been primarily affected by this pandemic.

Of 11,708 children suspected to have COVID-19, 318 of them died. Meanwhile, of 3,928 children confirmed to have COVID-19, 59 of them died.

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia (Plan Indonesia) conducted a COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Response from April-December 2020 focusing on the provision of clean water, hygiene and sanitation packages, education for all children, and child protection including from the gender-based violence.

We would like to thank all of you who have donated and supported Plan Indonesia to provide access to clean water and sanitation, menstrual health management packages, alternative learning materials for children, and PPE equipment within 8 Months of Plan Indonesia’s COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Response.
